Un Indian Rocks Beach originale del 1930 Bungalow. Recentemente aggiornato e arredato. Questo diritto cara casetta di sedersi sulla spiaggia! A piedi fuori dalla porta alla diga e per quanto si può vedere c'è il Golfo del Messico. Vista sulla spiaggia dal soggiorno, sala da pranzo e camera da letto. Entrambe le camere hanno un letto queen size. La cucina è completamente arredato e include piano cottura in vetro, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e forno a microonde. Un deposito rimborsabile di $ 300 è richiesto con questa unità.

The location is amazing and we loved the outdoor space! It was so peaceful to sit outside under the shade of the trees. There are many restaurants, ice cream shops and a convenience store that are walkable from the residence. The kitchen was in need of some items. For example, we could've used some hot pads to get stuff out of the oven, as well as grilling tongs and plastic cups that are beach friendly. A couple nice beach chairs would have been great also. The beach chairs there are in very rough condition. Other than that, it was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Location all the way. Privacy was amazing. The only thing for me was it could use some deep cleaning. With me saying that the location and privacy definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you for opening this home so people like myself can experience being on the beach.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We’ve rented this unit at least 3 times. It’s a wonderful old Florida bungalow.Fortunately, Sharon and Taylor were great about taking care of any concerns we had. We are going to rent a different condo next year since there are improvements needed inside and outside of Beach Trail.
