Can only speak for my room but the front door was all cracked and a hole in the bottom,balcony door also had a hole and dragged on the floor,well due an overhaul pool area grand food fine,just room was a bit rough
See above woodwork was in need of replacement some off the other apartments looked alright maybe they just hadn't got to mine yet🤔

location, the grounds were well kept, pool looks good
squeaky beds,rock hard sofa, bathroom had many cockroaches in, the woodwork around the windows and doors are rotten, poor tv, poor cooking facilities

It was friendly nice area people were lovely
We Had to single beds but booked a double room the beds were not comfortable and the apartment was invested with ants I got alot of bites

Great location very central to everything spacious rooms and friendly staff
We went on Xmas week so cleaner was only in once, would have preferred if there were more towels given other than that was pretty good

Ideal location. Good value for money.
Apartment kitchen was missing with basic stuff. Like dish washer.. salt/pepper. sugar, oil. Coffee.

The lovely lady called Kathy who runs the bar around the pool is one of the loviest most friendly lady I have ever met. Always enjoy staying at this apartment so we can see her and enjoy her delicious food and great cocktails

Very nice appartments, clean, with spacious balcony. Pool was nice and clean. 10 minutes walk to beach. Breakfast served in pool bar was tasty. The staff was nice.
There could be some basic stuff like dish washing soap, salt, oil... in appartments. It was hard to eliminate the cucarachas, but I think it is the problem of the whole Canary Island.

No bins and towles where only changed once a week we hat to get rid of the rubbish ourselves
Not really much reception closed everyday at 4 and we had only one key to are apartment

The pool and pool area were nice, Billy's bar on site had good cocktails, breakfast and sandwiches. Great location! 15 minutes wall to the Newtown and 5 minutes from oldtown and the shopping centre.
Reception times are awful, they close at 4.30pm Monday til Saturday and are closed on Sunday. Only one key for each apartment. The apartment floors were quite dirty upon arrival and housekeeping is very irregular, we had to ask for our towels and bins to be changed.

very basic but great location, love the pool, the pool bar makes this place great.
some mattresses really old and new replacing so not very comfortable. could do with clean sheets and a more regular clean. didn’t like the ants of a tiny bit of food was left out.

The cleaners only came in once a week to change sheet. Cover was not changed in the month we were there. Bathroom had ants. Mould around bath. Had to ask for shower curtain as mouldy. Shower head fitting broken. New bathroom needed. Apartment was very tired

I loved my big Spacious quiet apartment as I requested
It was a great location near a bus stop to all destinations
Supermarket , nice bar restaurant beside the apartment
The best is Joune the receptionist who was very helpful and pleasant

In this current time this is essential I could not do work from home which was caused me difficulties

it was big for what your paying for I couldn’t believe it.
it was far too quiet for me, even where the pool is, there people there only in the morning and then by 1pm their gone and it feels dead.

The apartment was actually one of the Isabel Apartamentos in Calle Venecia. The staff were very helpful.
Can't think of anything that needs improving.

We were thrown out of this hotel and given no compensation. Manager/receptionist was awful

Fantastic staff all round. Pool bar open from 10am for Breakfasts, Lunches and Early dinner. Couldn't ask for more from all the bar staff, they were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
Room 13, loved it, but the walk-in shower flooded the rest of the bathroom every time you turned it on. Nothing that a couple of towels on the floor didn't sort. Loved the apartment so much and was only there for 4 days, so i never mentioned the shower problem, which i'm sure they would have sorted
