Leggero, spazioso, con una vista mozzafiato sulle cime degli alberi nel Parco Nazionale e vista sulla maestosa montagna da tavolo. Mazzi avvolgenti a 270 gradi su due livelli, spettacolari aree di intrattenimento interne ed esterne, sistema di sicurezza completo, WIFI ad alta velocità, parcheggio sotterraneo custodito. La struttura dispone di un ingresso privato ai sentieri di montagna consolidati ea pochi passi dai giardini botanici di Kirstenbosch. Un semaforo dal centro città; 10 minuti dalle aziende vinicole Constantia, Newlands Cricket Ground, Newlands Rugby Stadium; e 20 minuti di auto dalle iconiche spiagge di Città del Capo. Perfect house for us to stay in Caoe Town for a wedding. Lovely living area, comfortable beds, and gateway to fabulous walk and Kirstenbosch gardens. We would refresh ourself after a big walk on the pool. Terrific views from house. Would recommend this property.

What a lovely property, we had such a relaxing stay. Maid and gardener were awesome, sorry about the braai grill, we cooked a lot of food.A great location and to have your morning coffee looking up at the mountain is beautiful. House is immaculate and so peaceful in its location. Although current building work close by can’t be helped. We loved it.

Exquisite home with a beautifully orchestrated garden. A pool offers a look at the mountian and a deck positoned above in the canopy. Tasteful furniture and art.

Visting our daughter from the US while she studied at UCT just a mile away. Open right up out back to the Table National Park, 15 minutes from some great Vineyards that also had restaurants, easy to downtown, beaches and out to the more Wildlife attractions. Jonathan was great in keeping in touch with us his staff that helped out. The Villa is spectacular, and views are amazing 360 degrees around. the wide open top floor was great for sitting around, eating and just relaxing as a group. The trip will be part of our family history and the Villa was our home base!
