Pool area was great

There was a dirty cup rewrapped in our room with a clip in it. The tv in our room did not work. Lots of dust on the surfaces in our room.

Debbie and Tracy were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent! The location is extremely convenient, near a Tesla charger, Walmart, restaurants and the main highway. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We plan to return every time we are in the area for sports events at Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. We like this hotel much better than staying at those places.

That no one bothered us, and they kept the doors unlocked.

Waited at the reception desk for over 10 mins to check in when a man in a sweatshirt and dirty towel around his next came out to check us in. We were never greeted or thanked for our stay. The room wasn't the cleanest and the mini fridge didn't work. No ice in the ice machine, so I had to go outside and grab snow to get my can of soda cold. The chlorine levels in the pool and hot tube were too high making us feel I'll after using them even after 3 showers.

Comfortable beds, large indoor pool area, friendly staff, and continental breakfast.

There were a few housekeeping issues. The white comforter on one bed was not clean. It had makeup (women’s foundation) on it. The clear acrylic soap dish had soap residue on it from the last guest. The headboard had a large grease mark on it from a prior guest with greasy hair. There were many cigarette butts in the dirt outside the front door when we checked in on Friday and they were still there on Sunday when we checked out.

Breakfast was delicious, utensils strategically placed Pool was clean with late night hours, warm jacuzzi Microwave & frig in room, rare these days!!

Reserved through booking.com and zip code was correct but town was listed as Preston-difficult and out of the way to find hotel; correct town is Griswold. This needs to be amended.

Air condition and cleanliness

Inattentive staff after hours. Clerk was in the cafeteria rather than behind desk

This hotel was very nice and clean. Also, it had a good breakfast selection. The staff was pleasant. The pool was warm and a good size. The hot tub was very big. This was a little bit of a drive to Foxwoods, but I would definitely stay again.

The location was great and I liked the fact that breakfast was offered.

There seemed to be a little confusion when we arrived about rooms being available and it’s a bit dated but these things weren’t deal breakers for me.
