Con una grande piscina riscaldata per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa, Conch Out Beach House è un rifugio lussuoso e accogliente in una posizione perfetta sull'isola di Anna Maria. Questo bungalow è stato completamente rinnovato e nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata. 5 TV a schermo piatto, sistema audio multiroom Sonos, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, splendidi pavimenti in piastrelle di legno, ripiani in granito, telefono gratuito / Internet via cavo / wireless e un'enorme cabina coperta all'aperto con TV a grande schermo e patio con enorme volontà sezionale superare le aspettative anche dei vacanzieri e dei critici più esigenti. (2 Master Suite con en-suite dotate di letti king size top di gamma, 1 camera con letto queen size e la camera per bambini con 2 incredibili letti a castello incorporati che possono ospitare 4 (4 gemelli). (Si prega di notare che un letto a castello è molto alto - è in gabbia ma non per i deboli di cuore!)

Great house in fabulous location. 1.5 blocks to beach and a short drive to restaurants. The pool was very private and spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor TV bar area. Spacious for our party of 8. Highly recommend.

As a family, we did enjoy our stay at Conch Out Beach House. We enjoyed everyone being in one place. The negatives though are, for the price we paid to stay here, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house & the run down appearance of the home. The cabinets are in need of repair. Both in the kitchen & the bathrooms. We had mold in the master bath shower, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, the washer was not the best at cleaning clothes, the floors needed mopping & the outside area around the pool could be updated. It is a nice enough house, but definitely needs some TLC!!!

Great home
Very well equipped home for four adults. Location was great, amenities were great. My only complaint was the pool was constantly full of pollen/debris from the overgrown trees in the backyard. Pool guy came twice but was unable to keep the pool clean in between visits. It kept clogging up the waterfall there was so much debris and pollen. Property management was very timely in responding to issues with the thermostat. The master bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the house and the thermostat kept raising the temperature thinking the house was not occupied. Would stay here again.

One of our favorite houses if not the favorite. Loved that it’s one floor. Spacious and super comfy. Step out the back door into the pool!

We love AMI and the location of the house is great. Close to the beach and to many fun shops and restaurants. We loved that everything was on one floor. The patio and pool are wonderful. This property could be amazing, if a few things were taken care of. The room with the bunk beds had a light out and was just really dark. There was no remote for the TV. One side of the patio door wouldn’t lock. The grill didn’t work, and even if it had it was disgusting and there is no way I would have cooked food on it. The string of lights around the sitting area on the patio didn’t work so that was very dark at night. I’m also not sure how well the house was cleaned before we arrived because we found clothes in the drawers in two of the bedrooms. The garage was a disaster with garbage thrown everywhere which made it difficult to even find beach stuff to use. The beach cart and bikes were not in very good shape. We ended up just renting some stuff for the week. Communication was good at first, but we were pretty much ignored after complaining about the grill. Our code for the front door didn’t work after a couple days but nobody would call back to help with that. Overall it is a nice place but there are definitely things that need to be addressed.

Fantastic spot!
We absolutely loved this spot for our family vacation! The location is perfect and the house feels like new. We loved the one level for all of the littles. The outdoor space is amazing and we pretty much lived in the cabana (smart TV for the win!)...adults in the pool and kids watching movies during lunch! we loved the set up so much!! The rental company was amazing to work with and met all of our expectations. Highly recommend and will return!!

Walking distance to beach
Overall house was very comfortable and we loved the close distance to beach. Pool was nice but the palm trees were so close to water that debris kept the pool from being completely clean. Beds were comfy and the master shower was great. We had tons of fun and would definitely be back.

This house was beautiful and clean. Just like the pictures. Location was only a block and half from beach. The house had everything we needed, right down to wine glasses. 😉�

Perfect for Families
Great location...only a few blocks from the beach. Heated pool and spa, a lot of beach toys, inflatables, games, and other amenities that made this family vacation memorable. Great service and quick responses to any questions or concerns.

Great Propery!
This house is beautiful. Our family enjoyed our stay here. The house is great. The 2 bedrooms with attached baths were a great asset. The floor plan of the home was perfect for our family. The outside was also wonderful with nice landscaping and a superb pool. The only problem was the the heater of the spa wasn’t working but they had someone come look at it, unfortunately with no success. This was too bad as having a warm place to relax in the pool was one of our top priorities for our trip and having a day spa was one of the primary reasons we picked this property. Otherwise everything was perfect and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful vacation
My husband, two sons and I stayed here for six days during late July and really enjoyed it. The house was large enough that we each had our own, private space, but also had large enough common areas that we could eat together, play games together, and watch movies together. The house was beautifully decorated, well-stocked with supplies, and immaculately clean. The walk to the beach was very manageable, even carrying beach supplies, and the neighborhood was mostly very quiet. A minor drawback was that I thought the small spa part of the pool was a hot tub, but that was my fault for not reading the description carefully, and the fact that the water wasn't hot didn't really detract from our enjoyment. We really appreciated having so many beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and wagon for toting supplies on hand. It was a short drive to some quaint shopping and really good restaurants. My whole family agreed that we would like to stay at this property again.

Perfect Family Getaway
The property is in a great location and fit our family of 6 with room to spare. Between kitchen, pool and beach we were well stocked with the things we would need. Ideal beach home. Would rent again!

Excellent location and home
Very nice location and nice home. Had an issue with a transformer exploding on the power pole, but it had nothing to do with the property. We were without power for several hours with small children, so it was a bit challenging . The communication with the agents was excellent and they were on every issue that came up in a very timely manner. I was very impressed that they always answered the phone. There was a bit of confusion with the check out process in that the cleaning people had stated that we were not leaving the property at 10:30, which absolutely was not true

Wonderful house ! Would stay again
Our family of six had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was even prettier in person. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Great location, short walk to beach . Tons of beach towels and toys / floats ready for use. We did not realize two bikes came with the property after we already had rented some for the week so you may want to list that in description, unless I missed it.

Spring Break
I just returned from a week stay at this beautiful property. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a tropical beach getaway. The house was perfect for my family and two other families that I shared with. There were plenty of beach toys and pool toys for all the small children. And the extra beach towels were an added plus as children tend to use many towels per day. I have no complaints and my week was wonderful. I look forward to coming back next spring. Just a few suggestions: I think the house could use a couple spare blankets as some complained of being cold at night and the kitchen does not have any scissors. Other than that A+!!

Very nice property
Thoroughly enjoyed this home. Excellent features. Great pool and spa. Outdoor lounge area was nice. A very comfortable location. We have stayed at many properties on the island and this is a favorite. It is nice to have a one level walkout with easy access to the backyard and pool without a lot of steps. Pool toys, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas provided.

Fabulous location & outdoor pool area
Great home that is close to beach, restaurants and shops. The home is all on one level with no stairs to climb. Outdoor pool area is tropical, private and the best spot to enjoy family and friends. Covered cabana area is perfect for getting out of the sun, yet still able to enjoy the outdoor fun.

Beautiful well kept house
This house was great in every way... We comfortably fit 6 adults and 4 kids. The house looks just like the pictures and is very close to the beach. The pool area was fantastic and there are plenty of pool toys, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a nice wagon for the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and appliances. Overall it was a very comfortable relaxing house and we would highly recommend it!!!

Really enjoyed it!
Very convenient having one story to get in and out. Everything as represented. Only thing, no lock on master bedroom door was odd. Outdoor area was nice. Great location. They were laying new pipe on the street and it may take out tree in front of house. Somewhat distracting but we just missed them getting to the house.

The only issue that needs checked is the ice maker. only makes about a dozen cubes a day.
