This is a must stay for us. An absolutely stunning location and the views will stay with me forever. Excellent facilities, restaurant onsite serving fresh lovely food often using ingredients they’ve grown there and their own wine. The breakfasts were incredible anything you could want from fresh cooked/fried eggs, yogurt, tarts, fresh fruit, toast, pastries, all in a stunning glass orangery. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond. It was just magical and very romantic. They also had alpacas and cats walking about. The nearby farm has chickens, ducks, rabbits and peacocks! Honestly, you could spend your day here. Plus the pool was fabulous, again beautiful views and everywhere was clean and tidy and well kept. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They have added things you can pay for like massages/saunas, pasta making courses, wine tasting etc. We had a wine tasting with our stay, it was just fabulous.

The only small thing for us, particularly with our joint issues, was the walk to Greve, the nearby town, was very very steep. It is only 5-10 mins away through the lovely vineyard shortcut, but a tough walk if you have a disability/older. We had to go for driving and parking near town instead (which was easy and cheap to do) but for more able-bodied folks you should be fine walking and it’s probably a lovely jaunt. They did mention it was quite steep, we should have taken them seriously! 😅 A staff member did very kindly come pick us up to go back as taxis are very hard to get, but really goes to show how they go above and beyond. I don’t think that’s a regular offer more a one off as we were a bit stuck, but really kind and helpful.

Nice staff, amazing breakfast, great cocktails. Quiet and beautiful everywhere around the hotel. Cleanliness 10/10. The pool area is also really nice.

A key factor in our choice was the presence of alpacas, but when we got there, it turned out they were on ‘day-off’ (which is perfectly understandable) that day, so they weren’t being let out – which was a bit of a shame as we were only staying for one day, so we missed out on that experience entirely.

The location was beautiful. The women who worked there were super nice and welcoming.

The apartment we stayed in was very small and had no living space. Only a dining table and bedrooms. That should be told before renting. The men who waited on us were quite cold - did their jobs fine but we did not feel welcome by them. Also, we were never oriented to the property, never quite understood what all was going on. Didn’t know until the last day that we needed to let them know we wanted to eat dinner when we just thought they had a restaurant that was open until 930 like a regular restaurant.
