The room was beautifully decorated which made it a warm and comfy place. The breakfast nook was perfect. We made a hot breakfast every morning and every appliance and utensil was at hand. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The bed was large and comfortable and although I am very picky about the softness of my pillow, I found one that was just right. There were lots of places to charge our phones and tablets and the TV was in a great location to watch from the couch or bed. The fireplace was especially nice on chilly mornings either a fan to warm us up. The location was perfect, very close to Sidney and Victoria was not far at all. The ferry terminal is very close. We'll hidden in the trees, this is a nice escape from the city.

Perhaps newer pillows and cases. We could hear the hosts walking above our heads at night but it didn't really bother us much. There was a towel warming rack in the bathroom but I couldn't seem to get it to work after plugging it in. Maybe some instructions. These are just suggestions,,,,we really enjoyed our time there. No real complaints.

It’s a simple, yet beautiful, property in a quiet location. Super clean, and very well taken care of. The owner, Bernadette, was very kind and helpful.

Nada! Be careful about using Google Maps to navigate to the property, if traveling by bicycle! :-)

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed

Nothing

Loved how quiet it was, walking trails began right on the edge of the property, everyone in the neighborhood was super-friendly. We needed a respite, and we found it! The hosts were also incredibly sweet and a joy to chat with.

We did not really experience any negatives at the property or in the nearby towns and villages. An idyllic getaway is what we wanted, and received.
