It was clean and comfortable.
The staff was not always friendly. Some were very polite and helpful but others seemed disturbed when I asked for help.

The staff were very friendly, the parking was very secure - for a motorcycle - given the inner courtyard, there are restaurants a short walk away, the room was clean and spacious.
Some wear and tear showing (weather stripping at bottom of door).

It was closed by to where I needed to go.
Maybe open up the front parking lots to make it easy to park.
