The apartment was in a great location right in the centre of Malaga old town. I stayed for 4 nights as a solo traveller. The apartment was clean and felt very safe.

The contact person had messaged me on booking.com to say pick up keys from a nearby restaurant, i went there at 3pm which was the agreed check in time & and they knew nothing about the keys. I rang the person who told me to wait and he'd ring back and when he did he told me i was mistaken and should have have gone to the apartment where the cleaner would let me in - that's not what his message said! When i got there it was 3.45pm, the cleaner was not finished and the contact person rang to say give her 30 minutes to finish. She gave me keys i left my suitcase rhere and i went for a coffee. I went back but the key to downstairs did not work and i could not get in the building, i rang the number again but no answer. I managed to get a neighbour to let me in and got in to the apartment. It was nearly 5pm and i couldn't leave the flat as I couldn't get back in. I kept ringing and eventually he answered and he said i obviously didnt know how to use the key! Eventually the cleaner came back and she realised she'd given me the wrong key so gave me hers. It was a hortible experience and goodness knows what I'd have done if I'd checked in at night. The sheets on the bed were really old as well which you dont expect for over £100 a night

Location is good.

beautiful decor, design and furniture. great location. very very comfortable bed. The mezzanine bedroom feels very cosy. The views across the rooftops from the terrace really remind you that your in the historical heart of a Spanish city.

Not a complaint, and only because it was January, but I was constantly cold in the apartment even though it was pretty warm outside. The flat is in the shade all day, and I personally feel the cold very easily. Sadly the heating unit didn’t really work. And I was disappointed that the terrace didn’t get any sun as that’s the main reason I booked to stay there. But I’m sure in summer the coolness inside is a relief and the terrace will get some sun. It just wasn’t right for me.

It wasn’t really clean especially for beds, linens. We had leaking rain while our stay, and I wanted to let them know about it. However no one replied me anything after my notice of leaking. Including my question about the checking out. The location was good, and the facility was ok.

The location was perfect, near lots of shops and restaurants and enough to walk to the beach with ease. The balcony was great to sunbathe on in the day time and the bed was comfy

This apartment is probably best for a couple as there’s no privacy for the bathroom as it’s open plan

The property was very clean. The location was excellent for its closeness to all Malaga’s attractions. The bonus for us was the great private terrace. There was plenty hot water for showers and the towels were nice and fluffy. The washing machine was handy.

The bed mattress was really comfy but the pillows were very firm and I did think the sheets had seen better days and were needing replaced. A little bit of flooring was needing repaired beside the patio doors. If these minor improvements were made I would give the property an ‘Excellent’ rating. I would certainly stay in the apartment again.
