het koffie apparaat werkte niet, de geleende fiets was stuk. de reactie van de receptioniste was vriendelijk, maar niet begripvol. geen excuses of tegemoetkoming.

Prima bereikbaar met voldoende mogelijkheden in de omgeving.

Het feit dat de parkeergarage uitsluitend is te reserveren via een externe app is meer dan irritant. Het hotel moet dat zelf in beheer nemen.

Het hotel heeft een perfecte locatie en alles ziet er heel leuk uit. Fijne douche.

We hoorden soms een muziek-dreun uit de onderliggende food hall.

Erster Raum war sehr laut durch Musikbässe aus der darunter liegenden Food-Hall Wechsel war aber problemlos möglich

Prima hotel in onze 'home town'. Redelijk centraal voor zowel de zuid- als centrum kant (noord) van rotterdam over de rivier de Maas.

Het was wel een stuk lopen naar de kamer. Op onze weg van de kamer naar de uitgang, kan je een lift nemen, maar dan kom je op de begane grond opeens voor een gesloten deur te staan die toegang geeft naar de Foodhallen. Heel vervelend, want je kan er niet uit. Je moet dan weer wachten op de lift, met de lift omhoog, en dan via de 1e etage (een soort tussenverdieping), trappen of lift omlaag naar de lobby om daar eruit te kunnen. Dit staat heel slecht aangegeven met een klein A4-tje op een open deur die je dus niet ziet --- dit is ons verteld door een medewerker die nogal erg van zichzelf was overtuigd, vandaar ook aftrek op de punten personeel en faciliteiten in mijn beoordeling.

Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad angereist und bereits der erste angefragte "Zusatzservice" nämlich die sichere Unterbringung unserer E-Bikes wurde sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und durch den großen, durchgängigen Balkon konnten wir abends die tolle Aussicht genießen. Um zu Sightseeings und Rundfahrten zu kommen, mussten wir lediglich über die Erasmusbrug laufen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel gibt es eine Metrostation. Das Frühstück war lecker und mehr aus ausreichend und der Service war auch im Frühstücksraum super.

Really nice townhouse, rebuilt to a B&B. Wonderfull staff that made you feel like at home. The breakfast was like eating at home but with service and with only the best of best. Relaxed and easygoing. Wonderfull staff. Great recommendations of what to do and restaurants.

Alcune superfici delle camere erano impolverate, palesemente non pulite da tempo, sarebbe meglio avere un po’ più di cura per la pulizia. Aria condizionata con limite di temperatura a 23 gradi, piuttosto bassa per le serate fredde di Rotterdam.

Gute Lage, „hippe“ Einrichtung

Frühstücksraum glich einer Kantine (nicht wirklich hochwertig eingerichtet), Frühstück war jedoch OK Personal eher kühl Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer hätte besser sein können. Teppich hatte Flecken und Badmöbel waren „abgewohnt“

Perfecte ligging voor als je tot laat in Kop van Zuid moet zijn. Ook niet ver van centrum; 2 metro haltes. Comfortabel bed. Prima badkamer.

1-persoonskamer heeft geen raam. Vrij benauwde lucht. Ook lawaaierig (ondanks oordoppen).

Perfecte plek om de stad te gaan verkennen. Restaurants volop in de buurt. Kamers zijn keurig. Goede bedden. Enorm tv scherm. Receptioniste was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.top!

The place was lovely nice inside and out. decor was good, the surrounding facilities were good too. The room didnt come with breakfast, it should have though, would have been a nice touch.

didn't like the fact I specified during booking I required a twin room because I had my 17 year old son with me, such an imposition, more for him that me. Teens need some space and privacy and at least in bed. I do not like the fact you need to ensure that you fill in the further booking forms to request your bed preference, even though you have already told. The venue was a bit of treck from the hotel, however my husband didn't mind the long walk, it was impossible to catch a cab from the venue to Brunos because the drivers were rip offs and would give really inflated prices, so watch out guys.

Great location and nice rooms close to the hustle and bustle of Rotterdam. Also right next to one of the food halls which provides F&B with plenty of variety. Cinema and theatre are within a minute walking distance
