Great location surrounded by a quiet pedestrian walkway. We loved hearing the foundations during the day. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Had a good layout with lots of space and everything we needed in the kitchen. Staff was attentive and helpful. Would stay here again.
At times the hot water took a long time to start up, but it always did eventually! Balcony area was small and a bit dirty, but that's a very minor complaint.

The apartment is right in the centre of Almaty, close to the main sightseeing spots. It's spacious, tidy and neat, and offers everything we needed. The staff were also very friendly and greeted us warmly.
The only downside is that there's no elevator.

Very clean and comfortable, and excellent location. Instructions on how to access the property were very clear, and the host was very responsive and helpful.
No air conditioning in the bedroom so it got warm during the night. A fan would have been appreciated.

Ok property
Poor quality stuff in the apartment like washing machine, dish washer gave problem and did not work. The apartment is small for the price paid and is not worth the money.
