Mukarnas Taksim Hotel

It’s a clean hotel with a great location. Very good breakfast and Ayhan and Gorde were great hosts during breakfast time specially with those Turkish coffee that they offer you! Our room service lady ( Sinem) is also so helpful and she makes your room spotless and clean.

The breakfast was great. So many variety hot and cold food also many fress fruits and different pastries and lots of different options of caffe and hot chocolate vas available. Also AYHAH and GOZDE vas great to help serving you. At the reception I get great help from Sibel and Ahmet. They do everything to help you specially if you have problem. The whole staff was very caring and helpful. Also my room vas always clean and tidy. The hotel is in a Very good location the hole streets and in front of the hotel have very good restaurants and lots of shops around. It is a 5 star place.

Location is overall pretty good, we had access to all main areas of Istanbul with ease, the only downside here is that Taksim square is on the top of a hill and you always need to go down and up :D Breakfast was very good with a big variety of food to try. Stuff were very helpful as well.

Our windows weren't isolated properly and even tho it was very warm, noise from nearby restaurants was quite loud.

Only thing good was the location. There was no iron and ironing board.You had to call and ask from reception. You have to keep asking for toilet paper
