The value of the stay was great for what is provided. The host is very responsive. The balcony is a nice, large place to sit in the mornings and at night. The apartment is also cleaned daily.
The shower situation was a bit rough if another unit used all the water before we could. I know its not something that can be changed but running out of hot water at night is a little annoying.

Location, balcony & friendly host.
No ventilation in bathroom and water pressure was not enough to have shower late afternoon till 9.30 in morning. Once we worked this out we could manage it.

Bon emplacement, hôtesse agréable et très réactive, la chambre est propre et bien décorée. Le balcon est très appréciable !

The property was neat and nicely styled right in the heart of Pollonia. We enjoyed using the balcony for an evening drink and to hang any towels. The hosts were easily contactable via WhatsApp and assisted with organizing taxi and laundry although it was 30 euro for a small bag.
The pillows could use an upgrade and our room was only cleaned on one of the days.
