We initially booked a camp further away in the dunes, but after doing a quad tour, we changed our minds as we realised that staying further into the dunes didn’t necessarily add much to the experience. Aiour Camp was absolutely beautiful, with a direct view of the impressive Erg Chebbi dunes. The camp is decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had during our trip so far, and the food was delicious. We also had the chance to enjoy some traditional music and even play along with the musicians, which made the experience even more special. Our last-minute change of plans turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip!

We liked everything !

We had so many glamping options to choose from, and I struggled to decide, but I’m so glad we chose this one. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The camp itself is beautiful, with stylish glamping tents equipped with AC (a lifesaver in early September!) and showers with hot water. We did a sunset camel ride (must do...so magical!!) followed by dinner which was delicious, especially the mushroom and cheese tagine. Trust me, it tastes far better than it sounds. Even my husband, who normally avoids mushrooms, loved it. I tried to find this dish again during the rest of our trip and couldn’t find it anywhere. After dinner, we enjoyed the live music around the bonfire. One thing to keep in mind when choosing a glamping site is the travel time and cost of getting there. Because this camp isn’t deep in the desert, we were able to drive our rental car directly to the site. The camel ride then took us deeper into the dunes, giving us the best of both worlds.I highly recommend this place!

I did not Want to leave this camp! Tent was amazingly comfortable. Staff was incredible . Experience in the desert was unforgettable. Food was just OMG. Every dinner they gave three different taglines and plenty of salad sides and breads . Breakfast was good and on Sunday it was a buffet style breakfast . The staff went beyond keeping me happy with my obsession of ice for my coffee which is hard to find in many foreign countries . They also helped with a romantic special dinner and birthday celebration for my fiance’. I can not wait to go back.
