Everything, the 3 bedrooms were spacious as well as the kitchen and bathrooms.
Not enough seats in lounge area.

the accommodation had everything we needed it was not far from town and the beach. the house was spotless and smelt clean and refreshing when we arrived. would recommend to all my family and friends.

It was a lovely home and comfortably accommodated our family. The number of bathrooms were excellent! Good location to amenities, the beach, John Street in town and access back out to the motorway for touring to other destinations and cities nearby. There is a Londis convenience store across the street which made it handy for food, drink and papers. Thanks for making our stay in South Wales a lovely one.
The bbq is a charcoal brickette bbq and feel it would be helpful to have a propane or gas bbq instead. (Especially for rainy weather which unfortunately we had most of our stay.) We could not use the bbq because of the weather. Parking for a larger car (SUV) was challenging but we made it work when parking was not available on the road. Can be a tight squeeze for larger size vehicles. Would recommend a booster for the Wi-Fi on the main floor, especially near the front of the house, the dining room and lounge area. Wi-Fi was much better on the upstairs level of the home. Nothing major, just a friendly suggestion about a booster.

The location of the house is great for the coast, harbour and Royal Portcawl Golf Club. It is a good sized house for a party of 6 . Very spacious with good layout and tasteful decor.

Property was absolutely stunning, we came for a two night honeymoon with the family.
Only fault I would say
Was the downstairs floor was sticky in places.
My husband cleaned it as we kept sticking to it.

Lovely home, nice decor and very clean
Parking really is only suitable for 1 small car, although street parking was not too problematic for the other car.
The 3 bathrooms are all showers (no bath) - wasn’t an issue for us in the end but when we booked we thought there was a bath for the kids

Wonderful House in a great location. There were 7 of us. House was so clean and well equiped. The freezer was stocked up with ice cubes which was a bonus as she stayed during a heat wave. Will be back again x

Very modern, clean, tastefully-decorated house with everything you could need. More spacious than we were expecting.

Easy walk to town and the beaches.
As others have said getting to the parking spot is tricky. We managed it in our Astra but would have struggled in anything bigger.

it’s such a lovely house, it was so nice. much bigger than it looks on photos.very clean and the owners have thought of everything.
no real issues, we couldn’t fit the car down the back but we knew this may be the case as we have a very big car.

The house was light and airy, fairly clean with most household items provided that you will need for your stay. Good distance to the beach and a play area if you are staying with kids. A few takeaways and a shop on the road not far from the Property.
Impossible to use private parking if you have a large family car, although there is street parking opposite the house, the road can be fairly busy to cross. There were some issues with cleanliness and safety regarding my children, fungus growing in downstairs bathroom, painkillers from previous guests left in childs bedside table and lose wires from internet that I had to tuck away. Garden is also not enclosed and open at the back. Still awaiting a response from the owners...

Attention to details. Everything you could need was there and of good quality.
Modern light bright and airy.
File had lots of useful info about the house.
As a group we enjoyed the visit and would stay here again.
Parking was an issue. The road to the parking space was blocked off. This was not the fault of the property may I add!

The property was spotlessly clean, cosy, warm and comfortable. Plenty of room, great facilities, well equipped and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Just right for a lovely getaway. The central location was great, walking distance to town centre snd sea.
The parking was a bit tricky as the back lane is narrow, but we managed it.

Location good, but so much wasted space in this property next door is an Airbnb it’s amazing, every space utilised, this property states for eight people but one two seater sofa and two small tub chairs not very comfy either, beds not comfortable, bathroom was great,
Kitchen was big enough but I think just to keep fireplace everything crammed in small area, everything was stark dining room just wooden chairs not comfortable,

Overall look and feel of the property and all the facilities were in good condition. It was quite a spacious house with plenty of space inside and outside. However it on the high street so parking is a challenge. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay at this place again
Parking was not there. There is a lot of on street parking but this place is on the high street so it was always challenge finding a parking space.

It was close to facilities.
Beaches were minutes away
Town 5 minutes walk
New town beach was good.
Trying to open the front door was a work of art but
that was the only issue.

Very nicely presented, with off road parking and a lovely garden. Plenty of room, and good social area. Location was good, but did not realise it was on a main road. Thanks who ever you are we will book again.

The property is a good size, nicely decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the garden area is great on a sunny day. It is also a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Overall a great choose of accommodation in Porthcawl.
