Run down, apartment was in an overall bad condition. Check in was awful, no assistance, wasn’t given unit number or access codes - had to ring up on arrival and complain.

Posizione ottima. Ampiezza, arredamento, dotazioni e confort dell appartamento: molto buoni. Molto gradite la Presenza della terrazza e della palestra attrezzata.

Il supporto richiesto al check in completamente inefficace. Inoltre la piscina è impraticabile: piccolissima, sporca e malandata.

Geruch im Eingangsbereich (Foyer) des Hauses

Das Haus besteht aus Wohnungen. Die Lobby ist immer besetzt, unsere Koffer konnten wir am Abreisetag deponieren. Es war sehr ruhig, ich hatte meine bedenken, weil unsere Wohnungstüre nicht gut isoliert war, aber das war kein Problem. Unsere 1-Zimmer Wohnung war gross genug, mit walk-in-Closet und Waschmaschine/Tumbler, für 2 Personen. Meine Tochter ist last minute auch noch mitgekommen und es war kein Problem. Die Essecke mit Geschirrwaschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowellenofen, Kühlschrank, und Kochherd hat alles gehabt, was man hätte gebraucht um zu kochen, wir haben das nicht gemacht. Es gab genug Geschirr und Gläser. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Lage in der nähe des Latin Quarter günstig, es gab auch einen kleinen Supermarket in der Nähe mit den wichtigsten Esswaren. Die Haltestelle der Streetcar ist in der Nähe, sowie eine Busstelle, so kommt man überall in NO hin.

Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen... Die Lage ist eher ungünstig, wenn man jeden Morgen zum Convention Center gehen muss, ca 25 min zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus. Der Eingangsbereich und die Lifte haben nicht gut gerochen, speziell nachdem es geregnet hat. Einen Abend ging der Alarm los und wir mussten die Treppen runter zu Fuss, das hat alles gut funktioniert, aber die Treppen waren wirklich schmutzig!

Not enough kitchen trash bags and kitchen towels for the length of stay. The chairs is really short and is difficult to eat.

The location was excellent. A few minutes walk to many popular locations. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and very clean.

I ended up loving this appartment. I initially was thinking its a 3.5 to 4 star review but by the end i was loving the appartment and both me and my son said we would definitely stay at the appartmemt again, hence it deserved a 5 star... This apartment is a great location. Was able to walk to most attractions or get the streetcars which I would highly recommend! The appartment was a stone throw from the main sights in the French Quarter like Bourbon Street. It was also a big appartment with both double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (so was very pleased I didnt need to share a bathroom with son!! That was a pleasant bonus as wasnt expecting that!) and there was an additional separate bathroom. There is a sofa bed too if you have guests. The appartment was clean with crisp white sheets and towels and hardwood flooring! Good size kitchen and living area. Was really nice after a full day out sightseeing to come back to a homely environment rather than a tiny hotel room! The other great thing about the appartment, was the service. Super helpful and very responsive to all my needs.

The appartment was a little tired looking but clean. . There is no housekeeping per se. You need to email through your needs, but if you do this before 4pm you can get help the same day, after 4pm it's the next day but I found them super responsive but not quite the hands on hotel experience. It's in-between an air B+B and a hotel, so best of both worlds really!
