The location was nice and the staff friendly.
The way to our room was complex either first via elevator and then a stair through two door or two stairs separated by two doors. Not a straight forward way to navigate with our suitcases
We had room 205 which was spacious and clean. However, the room windows did not provide much acoustic protection and we could hear the people discussions across the street seated at the restaurant terasse,

Right in the center of the city. A hotel with character. The restaurant is good.
It is not so much about the hotel. Note that all will be closed if you get out for dinner after 8:30pm.

Unique room design. In my case Florence Nightingale room.
The noise from kitchen and bar below my room. Noisy until past midnight and then again from 6am.
Towels not changed in bathroom. Lock on bedroom door kept sticking. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money.
