Rooms was not wheelchair friendly. lifts was a little creepy with the sound it made, and keeping the button in till you reach your destination.

Breakfast was okay though there were people who showed up and finished the food :) resulting in a bit of a chaotic morning.
The hotel must manage external breakfast bookings alongside already-booked clients. It was a frustrating morning, with a lot of screaming from other members because many food items were finished and it wasn't a buffet breakfast. It didn't bother us much because we ate what was available, but the noise over food was a bit unbearable early in the morning. The kitchen staff did apologize for the inconvenience, as it was not entirely their own doing.

The staff was good and helpful in every aspect with a smile on their faces.The breakfast was wonderful.
The carpets were dirty and smelling in my room I think they need to be removed, for health purposes...I sneezed and coughed a lot. The stairs should be an option, meaning the lift should be upgraded. The bathrooms are very tiny....I also love bath tubs sometimes for relaxation and they don't have.
