Clean quiet hotel. Close to train station and eateries. Good continental breakfast. Good for in transit between Italy and france

Folk in room next door were doing very early start and woke me. Not hotels fault

it checked all the boxes. a good place to stay with all basic amenities. very few places offered 24 hour checkin and checkout

Incredibly clean and well run.We stopped for a night to change trains and the hotel was spotlessly clean the manager waited until 12.30pm to let us in. Couldn’t fault it.

AC not working, mosquitos ate us as we need to open window. Check for parking as not room for all guests. but there is also public parking near hotel.

I was on a short short 24 hour trip to Ventimiglia, so was just looking for a basic hotel and this exceeded that. Great location, generous room, lovely shower and very clean. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The 2 men working in the hotel were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Near beach, reasonable restaurants, local market, train station, historical area and free/paid local parking. Very large local street market on Fridays. 30 minutes drive to Sanremo. Reasonable breakfast.

Nicer if in-room mini bar. No other negative remarks.

Personal was really nice and helpful, its not so far from beach. Rooms are clean. Its possible to pay a parking place in a garrage.

No fridge, no coffee maker (we needed boiling water for our baby) small balcony, small variaty of food for breakfast.

no parking and if you arrive on a Thursday, you cannot parking in the surrounding area because there is a market on Friday that takes up the area

The welcome was exceptionally warm and friendly (but not over the top, in other words sincere). There is no elevator but the check-in person kindly carried my suitcase up for me. The room was spotless and even included a nice little balcony. The breakfast was very nice: assorted mini pastries, cereal, fresh fruits, yogurt, cold meats, cheese and bread. I was brought warm milk for my coffee and I was offered breakfast a bit earlier than the official starting time since I had to catch a very early train. All in all a safe, clean, friendly place to stay very convenient to both the train station and the beach. A great find!
