The view from balcony was great and breakfast was good.
The staff upgraded our room, which was unexpected.
Lounge chair was broken, sink blocked in bathroom.
Too many imperfections to call it a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was overall clean, amazing breakfast. The staff were friebdly and polite. The location is amazing
the section we were staying plot C there was a smell due to humitity i believe. But overall the place was really nice.

This hotel falls far short of its 5-star rating. It is very old, poorly maintained, and definitely not equipped for kids as advertised. The water slides (only two of them) run sporadically, the indoor pool was freezing, and the kids' club had almost no toys or activities. Additionally, the food quality was disappointing for a high-end resort.
The hotel is spacious enough that it never felt overcrowded, and the cleanliness levels were consistently good.
