Buona location per gli eventi allo stadio e all'arena. Bella lobby e camere funzionali

Sarebbe bello avere più scelta dolce per la colazione. La posizione è più adatta agli eventi in zona che alle visite in città.

Multe, amplasarea garajului pentru prima data este putin incurcat sa ajungi , ar trebui sa existe indicatoare clare In camera lipsa frigider, lipsa fierbator apa, probleme cu AC -nu am putut creste temeratura si a fost foarte rece noaptea:(

When you are going to Globen for an event, you can't find a better place than this. The room were very comfy and the breakfast delicious.

The lobby is nice, modern, and has many games. The breakfast has variety.

Room service was awful. In this hotel you have to request room service a day before. I read that, and contacted the reception an hour after the check-in that I needed my room cleaned and serviced specifically because i have 2 kids. After the first night nothing happened and no room service. I was left with no toilet paper/towels and full trash cans. I had to make them do it at 23:00. This went on for 2 more days where I requested more than 4 times for my room to be cleaned properly. And they either didn't do it or did it partly. E.g.: On the second night they only came in took the dirty sheets and blankets after the kids which i gathered nicely near the bed for them and they didn't replace them, and emptied one trash can in the room and left the one in the bathroom full. So, it went on and on each time. Bad method, bad Service in regards to room service.
