Sotto il letto c’era tanta polvere e in bagno c era del pane per terra. Insomma non bisogna guardare 4 hotel 🤣… ma era pulito nell insieme. Solo queste piccole cose

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione raggiungibile a piedi. È un po datato ma nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. Letto comodo, stanza calda, tv con schermo grande.

Il bagno sarebbe da rinfrescare e la colazione da migliorare va detto però che a fine dicembre eravamo pochi clienti.

Horrible experience that I’d never recommend to any of my literal enemies (lol). The room was EXTREMELY dirty (we found old packaging, used tissues and gum, hair, dust), it has never been vacuumed (since the beginning of the times tbh). All the furniture was ancient and broken. The bed mattress was rough and not comfortable at all. When we reported the dirtiness, we have been called liars and the managers laughed straight in outlr face. It’s FAIR TO SAY the bathroom was the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my life. The “cleaning” manager is a lady who doesn’t know the value of respect and mocked around, telling us “how can I believe the room is supposedly dirty when you already spent one night there?”. I’ll leave the pictures to speak for themselves. Please avoid this scam at all costs.

All was good and up to my expectations

Location was good, we arrived by train. Rooms were good size. Near the center. Noises outdoors didn’t bother, but walls to other rooms were thin.

Floors were not cleaned in long time. Lot of dust, hair and sand.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was also clean and nice. Location is close to station by walking is 5-10mins.

Had a family room with 4 beds, had air con and Netflix. Managed to park car as emailed the day before, but you do have to pay. breakfast was a nice. Helpful staff

Room was a bit on the small side.

Location is in close proximity to the train station, 10-15 minute walk into the city centre and has some great eateries close by. The hotel lobby area is great and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but has everything you need. The breakfast was also quite vast; eggs, toast, cereals, yogurts, pastries, coffee machine, fruit, cheese, sliced meats etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at CityHotel Cristina 🙂

Beds were a bit firm. Small tip for the area; avoid walking through the park, in front of the train station, to get to the hotel; walk to the right of the park instead!

The hotel was very good, also the breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Convenient to station and quiet area .

Great location being only a few metres from the old city wall. We were able to store our bikes on facility. Room very basic but bed comfortable and room and facilities clean. Great breakfast including hot food, was a bonus. Great value for money.

The lift was very small but wasn’t an issue.

The selection was very good. I like fruit and yogurt and eggs and sausage

room service or restaurant, I arrived at 12 am and was hugely after long travel, and nothing was open in town, and nothing exists at hotel itself!! only water . even hot tea or coffee or any juice wasn’t available no snacks no kit Kat simply nothing like we were in desert not in 3 star hotel - as supposed - and the receptionist couldn’t do anything to help

Close to the railstation and the historical center , so was easy to walk local and travel in souranding (Verona in my case) Tasty breakfast and pretty complex The room was clean and quiet , very friendly staff

Very well-located, providing easy access to the city centre. Practical and reasonably priced parking available. Staff were very kind and eager to help. Breakfast was very good, with a vast range of options.

The bathroom was fine but not excellent: we didn't quite like our towels (bit thin) and there was only a curtain dividing the shower from the rest of the bathroom, which made showering a bit messier than it could have been.

Nothing!!!! I didn't end up staying as the manager decided it would be a good idea to throw an ill, tired, single woman travelling alone out on the street on a Saturday night, all for asking if they could turn the air-conditioning on (which it is advertised as having). I was so worried I would have to end up sleeping in the park. Horrible attitude, nasty man and a lot of stress and upset and very little customer service.

I was treated appallingly by the manager at this property. The property advertises itself as having air conditioning but apparently it doesn't matter if the rooms are hot, the AC doesn't go on before May. The manager was a nasty man who decided it would be better to throw me out rather than listen to my concerns and sort something out for me. This was all done over the phone. I was upset, tired, ill and hot and It was a hot day, I live in a cold place, so anything over 20 degrees celsius is hot. The room faced the street, so having the windows open would have meant a very noisy and uncomfortable stay. In the end the manager did me a favour as I ended up in a far nicer hotel off the main square, with a ceiling fan. I would not recommend this hotel because of the attitude of the manager.

Property was walking distance to the city center in 10 minutes and also to the railway station. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

the room and facilities were dated and could do with an uplift specially the washroom, in particular the shower area.
