The hotel is basic but clean. It is on a bus route of bus 28,which gets you right into the centre in few minutes. We were advised by lovely receptionist where to get it and how to get ticket (just pay the driver😁. Eur 1.85 per journey and can pay by card). She had also recommended nice places to see. The breakfast was very basic but ok value given that you would have to go into town to get something else.

The room was clean and comfortable, Staff very friendly and helpful, the location is close to many needed facilities, the breakfast is great and varied.
The location is across the soccer stadium and can be noisy some nights. The price is rather high compared to other similar facilities.

It was close to the tram line. Very easy to get around.
Get rid of the carpets in all the hallways and rooms. They smell really bad ... like old cigarette smoke. There are no restaurants nearby. It would be great if the bar had more snacks and tapas in the afternoon. We left early, 4h30, and it would have been nice to have a coffee and croissant.

Personnel was excellent. Went out of her way to check if it was possible to make a reservation at the restaurant.

It didn't have its own parking place and you either had to pay for parking or leave before 8:00 AM

Location. Room was adequate but old looking. Certainly suitable for my needs.
Reception staff refused to call us a taxi for some reason. As we dont speak spanish we wanted the staff to call for us, we offered to pay for the call, but they flat out refused. Not a massive issue, except we had to walk 20 minutes into the old town.

If it had not been for the tortilla de patata the breakfast would have been very bad. The tortilla was very good.

Spacey room with beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds.
No refrigerator in the room; a bit noisy from the road and people using bathrooms in other rooms (pipe noise.)

The room was bigger than usual, very comfortable with all the amenities needed.
Good value for money.
You need to walk 30 mins to the center, however it’s convenient if you are traveling by car as it’s easy to park and there is also direct bus to the center.

It was a very friendly and nice hotel. The staff were great, the back room view that I was given wasn't the best, but I understand that not every room will have a great view! Otherwise, everything else was fantastic.

We have rented out bikes from the hotel and they were great comfortable and perfect for getting to know the city which had a designated bike roads. On top of it the receptionist which has only started very recently was giving us an excellent service and was simply lovely! Easy access to the city and out of the city is another plus. We would come back for sure. thank you.
