The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. The rooms where nicely furnished with a great range of amenities and the staff was very helpful.
At the main entrance there is a staircase where we had to carry our baby stroller up and It was a bit difficult to find parking accommodation around the hotel. But the staff had good knowledge about how and where to park.

The building looked old fashioned but that's what I liked about it. I received a phisical key which again for me is a bonus I loke to old fashioned key locks. the room was as per images, the bed was very comfortable, quite place, elevator facility and PLENTY of breakfast options. overall I enjoyed the place very much and I will take it again when chance arrise.
the church bells in the night..:))) I had to open window for fresh air and you could hear the church bells, but thats not something to control or change.

The front desk staff was very kind. They have great customer service skills.
Also, we enjoyed the breakfast options. There were plenty of choices with fresh fruit and delicious danishes.
There’s a near tram station which takes you to the city center within 15 minutes.
Everything was okay.

The hotel is clean, and for what they offer is a good price. The mattress and sheets ware quite comfortable.
In my case, I got the smallest room I saw in my entire life, it was at most 15mp, it should be illegal/forbidden for a 4 start hotel. One side of bed was stick to the wall, the passageway between the bed and furniture was about 30-40cm to cross.
For the future I recommend them to pay more attention to the booking.com clients, not to the bigger groups that pass without leaving a review or feedback.
