Charming house with gorgeous views in Sóller
Appena fuori dalla rinomata località di Sóller, nel cuore dell’isola, Casa Catalina offre una fantastica terrazza panoramica con vista sulle montagne della Tramuntana. L’alloggio dispone di un accogliente soggiorno con travi a vista, cucina attrezzata, una camera da letto e un bagno, ideale per 2 persone. Sono inclusi Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e TV. Su richiesta anticipata, sono disponibili lettino e seggiolone per bambini.
All’esterno troverete un giardino con piccola terrazza circondata da aranci e limoni, oltre a un terrazzo coperto sul tetto con barbecue e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti. Trascorrete momenti romantici sotto il cielo stellato e concludete la serata con un bicchiere di vino. Negozi, ristoranti, bar e caffè distano 400 metri, mentre il centro di Sóller è raggiungibile a piedi in 13 minuti. La spiaggia di Port de Sóller si trova a circa 10 minuti in auto.
Parcheggio disponibile in loco. I taxi non possono arrivare direttamente alla casa poiché la strada è stretta e ripida; tuttavia, la distanza dalla strada all’ingresso è breve.
La casa è in autogestione. Lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno, carta igienica all’arrivo e altri servizi essenziali sono forniti. Dopo aver utilizzato ciò che trovate, dovrete provvedere voi stessi agli ulteriori acquisti. Per motivi igienici, non sono lasciati avanzi di cibo in casa.

We spent a week in this fabulous house and loved everything about it! But let’s be honest: what makes the experience so unique is the VIEW!!!! The place makes you feel miles away from the rest of the world, yet you are 5 minutes away from all services, and 10 minutes from the beach. Can’t ask for anything more!Perfect place to stay in Sollèr.

My wife and I loved this place! The photos in the listing don’t do the view justice. It is truly breathtaking. The location is great too. Very secluded yet still walking distance into town and to any stores you need.
Mallorca Born Properties was extremely helpful with the entire process and answering any questions we had. We only had one thing we had to ask for while there (a lighter for the gas stove), and they had it delivered to us in minutes after a quick message. Very impressed.
One thing to be mindful of is that the driveway to the parking is quite steep and narrow at a couple spots. We rented a compact SUV (Toyota Yaris Cross) and had no issues, but any larger vehicle may struggle with it, so keep that in mind. But the parking lot is gated and the area felt very safe.
We’re from Canada but hope to be back eventually!

We couldn’t believe the amount of outdoor space at this little house! The house has three large patios/terraces with breathtaking views of the mountains and some fruit trees! This house has one of the best equipped kitchens of a holiday home we have stayed in. The knives were sharp, there was an outdoor grill and they had left a juicer for us to make juice with the fruit from the garden, wonderful! The house is up a short but steep hill, walking up with shopping and suitcases was a little more challenging but worth it for the tranquility and views. Finally, the aircon was very good and had clear communication with the host.
