Location - good food options nearby, room spacious enough and clean.
Staff. The soap dispenser wasn’t working in the room. When I raised it - assistance was sent shortly, but they didn’t fix it, instead focused only on checking that there was soap available in it (originally I raised the issue as no soap in the room since it didn’t come out). Other than not fixing the soap the staff member apparently reported that we had dogs in the room, which we didn’t - but all neighboring rooms seemed to have. So I guess if you don’t need to get in touch with the staff, you will have a wonderful stay
