The staff was really lovely, I managed to communicate efficiently with the ladies at the reception, they speak english very well. Even though we had to wait an extra 30-40 mins to check in the receptionist explained that the room was not ready and she apologised for the inconvenience. The location of the hotel is amazing, the view from the 9th floor is beautiful. I enjoyed the varied breakfast and there is an option for guests to eat inside or on the terrace. I appreciated the free parking and WiFi.

The room was not as expected, not very clean and quite old looking. There was mold in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so hard and the pillows were very old, they should be thrown away. I did not manage to sleep very well. We requested a king size bed and we had a twin bed. The lady from the reception mentioned that the hotel is under refurbishment and soon things will improve and I hope I will return after refurbishment :)

The whole staff is super friendly and has made our stay very enjoyable. Good location and a fantastic view, room is nice and has everything that is needed.

Great location, and a beautiful view over the Danube.

There was a very strong smell of urine in the room. Opening the double windows wide helped. I did ask to be moved but the hotel was full, and there wouldn't be a room available til the day before I left. Cleaning staff came to the room and sprayed everywhere, which helped. I did not like that I was left the remains of the last visitors toilet paper. (Not hygenic) Bad leaks from the basin in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding and pillows were old.

Comfortable beds / rooms. Good views of the river. Good location, convenient for town.

Breakfast was pretty limited. The coffe machine was the best bit.

Fantastic view of the river, comfy bed, great wifi, great hot water and pressure in the shower, nice staff, great location... If in Ruse, can't be beat - definitely a must stay!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Position of the hotel is perfect ( near Danube with a view ) and very close to the center of Ruse . The breakfast was ok , it was fresh and enough . The personnel was ok , they spoke very good english and plenty of free parking spots . Very nice hotel , clean and improved over the years .... i'll come back i hope next year .

The parking entry has a barrier and if you dont know that you have to push a button to enter you have to park outside and go to make the check in risking a fine . Everything else is fine
