The property stands in the perfect location between Windermere & Bowness, both a short walk away. The interior was immaculate,as we're the rooms, the breakfast was ordered the evening before , freshly cooked & very well presented there was a fantastic choice. The Owners June & Mark were really nice people very friendly took an interest in all the guests & were always available if you needed a y help or advise. I can honestly say that the Thornbank is by a Country Mile the best B&B we have ever stayed in..
There was nothing to dislike.

Friendly and welcoming, very comfortable and immaculate room with obvious attention to detail. Spotless bathroom with good shower.
Breakfast options available, perfectly cooked and presented in a lovely bright dining room with a good morning mix of music playing in the background.
