Staff very friendly. Had a couple of requests (like an extra sunlounger) and nothing was too much trouble

Very attentive staff and great accomodation

Fundamentally the facilities and the privacy were very good. Pool was excellent as were the grounds, garden and outdoor kitchen.

The little extras, bells and whistles were not there. Breakfast and room service was adequate but nothing to write home about. Some of management were a little superior and did not offer any goodwill to high paying customers for the little extras. It wasn't clear beforehand that living areas were all outdoor and only the bedrooms were air-conditioned. However, these living areas worked well for group gatherings. This might not suit everyone. While the property delivered, the wet areas were a little rustic for this price point. The property was keen to milk customers at all opportunities which didn't feel nice. Airport pickup is offered for 450,000 but a Grab car will cost only 80,000.

Many wonderful PEOPLE: VERY WONDERFUL was Dedek, our driver VERY WONDERFUL was Angie (18 years) from OSWEGO

THE OWNERS FROM MALAYSIA WILL HAVE A SHOCK TO LISTEN THE TRUTH AND OFFENDING CLIENTS: You offended the client several times. Also before arrival))) It was a VERY LONG FIGHT to insist that the airport transfer was free when booking Spa for 10,8 million Indonesian Rupia. We told the flight number. In your answer you ask about rhe flight number. HOW UNATTENTIVE. UNATTENTIVE is also to ring the bell at 12.46 on second day when was VERY CLEAR DO NOT DISTURB. You always apologizised, apologisized and apologisized again. High managers in Germany and USA WILL ACT, actions and not apologisize always. It is only words. It was only words. 1 question:for what you charge 10,8 million -20% hotel discount an 20 yesrs old spa where many things broken, old and do not work ? ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTION PLEASE DIRECTLY: why we should cone to you in future for do very high price ( double so much like INDONESIAN EARN!!!!!! in 1 month ) when other spas who are new, renovated are half price and much better ???????
