It was family friendly and everything was centrally located. The rooms were great and easy to access.
Our door kept jamming so it took a bit to get the door opened occasionally

The staff and the pools were very good. Kids club would have been nice if our kids were older. Plenty there to keep you and your kids entertained.
The room was very basic. Bare minimum kitchen appliances/utensils and the ones we had we very old. The TVs were so old they still had analogue channels set. No smart TV features. Turtle Beach really need to update these. The gym is also pretty basic.

Loved the pools.
The cleanliness, musty, damp smell in the rooms. Room was damp, patio filthy, Microwave filthy, sheets not comfortable and damp. Old furniture. Needs a revamp.
