Villa di lusso per 6 persone di nuova costruzione, completamente climatizzata, situata a pochi passi da Jan Thiel Beach.
La villa ha tre camere da letto, ognuna con bagno.
All'esterno c'è un grande portico e una piscina al secondo piano.
Anche una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili da cucina, una stufa in ceramica, un forno a microonde, una caffettiera, un bollitore e un frigorifero con congelatore.
Il soggiorno ha un divano, sedie, tavolo e TV HD.
La grande camera da letto ha due letti singoli a molle con materassi ortopedici, un ampio bagno con WC, doccia a pioggia e doccia, specchio e asciugacapelli.
Parcheggio privato gratuito custodito e connessione internet wireless gratuita.
Ci sono sedie a sdraio sulla veranda.
La villa si trova a 200 metri da un supermercato (7 giorni aperto dalle 8:00 alle 21:00) e dalla spiaggia Jan Thiel, con ristoranti, negozi e bar sulla spiaggia.

Jan Thiel è una delle zone più belle e popolari dell'isola e si trova nel sud-est, a 20 chilometri dall'aeroporto di Hato. L'area offre tutto ciò che i turisti cercano: spiaggia, piscina, ristoranti, bar, club all'aperto, negozi, supermercato, palestra, spa, casinò, noleggio auto, centro per sport acquatici, negozio di immersioni, ecc.
A dieci minuti di auto da Jan Thiel si trova la spiaggia di Mambo con molti negozi e anche una bellissima spiaggia.
Willemstad è la capitale del Curacao. La città ha diversi quartieri. Punda e Otrabanda sono le aree più importanti.
Ben noto dalle immagini è il "Handelskade" con le sue bellissime facciate olandesi colorate.
Sul lato ovest dell'isola si trova Westpunt, con la sua bellissima natura, l'acqua blu e un'incredibile vista sull'oceano.

This house is just a short walk to the beach, shops, grocery store and restaurants. The house is great. There are two other rentals on the property. I wish I had known that before renting. There were no issues, just would have liked to be informed. AC is only in the bedrooms. Also was surprised that we had an electricity usage limit. Any amount over and the funds were removed out of our deposit. We didn’t know that ahead of time.

This villa in the Jan Thiel area was an absolute gem! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the Van den Tweel supermarket, Jan Thiel Beach, and just a short drive to Tugboat Beach, which we found to be the best snorkeling spot on the island. The underwater scenery was breathtaking, and the laid-back vibe made it one of our favorite stops in Curaçao.The villa itself had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The second-floor patio with the pool was a highlight, offering great views and serving as a wonderful common area for everyone to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze. Whether we were cooling off in the pool during the hot afternoons or unwinding with a drink in the evening, it was the perfect spot to gather.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. One of the small but much-appreciated gestures was allowing us to drop off our bags before check-in so we could start exploring stress-free.Overall, this villa provided a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, well-equipped stay in Curaçao!

The rental was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and in a safe neighborhood. It was close to Jan Thiel beach, which we enjoyed very much, and shops and restaurants. The pool and outdoor spaces in particular were amazing. Our only issues were the thoroughness and accuracy of the listing with respect to air conditioning and incidental charges. We were not aware until arrival that there is air conditioning only in the downstairs bedrooms. There was a constant breeze and good ventilation so it wasn’t a big issue. Also, you are given a daily limit for electricity and water usage, which is understandable given the expense of both on the island. But unless we missed it in some fine print, we were not aware of that. We were very careful to only use the air conditioners at night while sleeping and were very stingy with water use but still went 150 over in a week. Loved our stay though.

This home is so well placed! A short walk to one of the nicest beaches on Curaçao and the hotel at the beach has wonderful restaurants and a Casino and shops. The pool upstairs is the perfect size and the deck has a lounger double bed, as well as a great table for eating. The palapa is well sized with fun colored lights for night time. The three bedrooms are well sized and each has its own bathroom. There is a powder room upstairs. Lois was easy to connect with and was very responsive. Found a terrific restaurant not too far away called Friends. Try it!
