The hotel was clean and staff was very supportive and friendly.

Air conditioning and mainly the very poor breakfast.

Everything was excellent from the friendly and accommodating staff to how comfortable the beds were. The water pressure in the bathroom was absolutely fantastic! My sisters and I loved our stay!

The fridge in the room was not working well, it kept my beverages kind of lukewarm or just a tad be cold.

Room was clean and bed was very comfy.

The iron was broken and was leaking water.

I liked the location of the hotel, which was very convenient for exploring the area. The quality of the bed and the furniture in the bedroom were also good and comfortable.

We booked two double rooms. One room had a double bed as expected,,the window in that room faced directly onto the wall of another building, which made the room feel very dark and closed in. The other room was very small and the bed was much smaller than a standard double. The lift was extremely small and there was only one, which made it inconvenient, especially when the hotel was busy. Bar area was small and dark Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful or particularly friendly during our stay. Overall, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered, and the experience did not match our expectations.
