the room, bed sheets and walls smelled like cigarette smoke very much, the toilet was clogged from the sfart after flushing.

Open 24hrs which is ideal when you’re out late.

Close to Eurotunnel and really close to the beach. We only stayed 1 night. They were very accommodating when we arrived after midnight due to issues with the border control on Eurotunnel.
Shower was functional but not the best.

Checking in was slow as the clerk had to go upstairs a number of times I assume to make sure which room was available. This was around 9pm so shouldn’t have been a problem. There were no hallway lights on my floor so it was difficult to see room numbers and then the keyhole to open the door. There was a back hallway that must not be used s it was littered with stuff and quite dirty. I thought the stairs were a way to the lobby but didn’t use them once I saw them. The room itself was small but ok. Couple small maintenance issues.

Great service and staff - very helpful and give huge effort to feel comfortable.
Also coffee and taking care about baggage.
Perfect place to spend time during Paris trip.

We didn't like the area of Paris particularly.

The Two gentlemen at reception were kind, friendly & attentive, they made our stay comfortable.
The ‘Reception Manager’ HELEN was rude, a racist & gave bad customer service. She was also very argumentative, hostile, had an aggressive tone & dismissive.
As soon as I started video recording her she then tried to change her tone however her body language still spoke volumes. Mind you, we were there for our grandmothers funeral!
