Un bellissimo condominio sulla SPIAGGIA DI SUNNY ISLES calma oceano e vista sulla città proprio fuori dalla porta. Il condominio PLUS DEN con due camere da letto e due bagni possono ospitare quasi ogni situazione, con un servizio di parcheggio gratuito, dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente un'auto. L'area intorno al condominio è la famosa Sunny Isles Beach, piena di edifici e ristoranti di prestigio. Tutto nella zona si trova su entrambi i lati di Collins Avenue, una meravigliosa strada principale di Miami che scende fino a South Beach.

It was a great location for the beaches and restaurants. The staff was professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. It could have used a couple of more chairs in the sitting area to be more comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed although a closet was needed in the second bedroom other than that it was perfect.

The property is very nice and in a great location! The main downside and only downside was cleanliness. Found more than a few cockroaches which was unsettling.

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was exactly as listed. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would rent again.

We had a decent stay. Property was clean. Check in process was terrible. The front desk person gave us the wrong unit number and my pregnant friend overheated in the hall upstairs bc it took over an hour to check in. I didn’t get the email with info from the manager until the day before check in and typically at other places get it much sooner. The valet guys were friendly but could not speak English. The hot tub was dirty so we didn’t get in. Pool was nice. The balcony view was a new building going up and minimal ocean views across the street. First morning we woke up early to loud drilling. Space was clean. Note there’s an extra 100 fee you have to pay as well at check in which is odd bc most VRBO’s include all the fees in initial cost. Overall just ok. Wouldn’t stay again here though.
