Location was perfect for families direct access to sea. Terrace was magnificent we drink nice vines all the time there. Really nice atmosphere old style but not too bad. Staff was perfect, he tried his best we really enjoyed and happy with his guest for a week.

Apartment need renovation which they already started from the main building. Bugs (big ones) comes from bath in first day. Old fashioned. There is no door only metal things. And no bug shield on the door frame. All outside furnitures like 50 years old.

Location was excellent. Short distance from village centre and easy access to the beach, restaurants, boat to Cannes,,, although you have to bear with nearly 200 steps from the sea level. Fantastic view and enjoyed the luxuary of watching fireworks in Cannes. Stayed in the deluxe villa which was spacious (including the veranda).

Only steps are available and you have to carry all the luggage by yourself. No room cleaning or bed making during three nights stay (understand that if the stay is longer, cleaning is provide once every three days). No washing machine, so wash clothes by hand and dry them on the veranda by yourself.

The host was super helpful and the property has the most stunning views. Highly recommend

The location is seafront with a beautiful view and access to the beach. The pool was nice as well.

There was paint peeling off the bedroom wall exposing what appeared to be mold. I had a sore throat my entire 3 night stay never improving until after departure.

The location is fantastic, swimming pool has also a superb view. Private access to the beach is a super plus

The check in at the property is at 3pm and the check out is max at 9am, these are pretty restrictive timings compare to the normal. The manager was very kind to extend it till 10am. The place is a bit run down, reminiscent of the 1980s fast that this villa used to be. Luxembourg company that owns it surely has the money to restore the property but no vision. Be aware when you arrive at the property you will need internet connection to call the manager. Bell ring doesn’t really work.

The view is outstanding and the pool, the private Access to the Beach, the Beach with soft sand.

It wasn’t very clean. They are offering clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean floor, but the kitchen was full of spiders, the wc was broken; the Bath Battery was leaking and the furniture smelled bad. It isn’t that bad if you are just doing a quick shower and you sleep, and staying 2-3 nights maximum. But it’s too bad because the view is wonderful. It needs renovation as soon as possible. Big renovation. Also, the pool and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean.

Incredible hidden gem! Felt at home from the minute I walked in. Valdi the owner and host is an absolute gentleman. Nice clean little kitchen, Beds very comfortable, jacuzzi bath all with one of the best views the south of France. The swimming pool is something else, stunning private walk down to the quiet little beach. Lovely restaurants within 2 minutes. I will 100% return! Knocks spots of any of the larger hotels.

This is simply the best "hotel" / "Villa" i ever did in my life, we came as a couple (we took the villa with the jacuzzi) and we immediately regret that we didn't book at least 3 days. Everything is breathtaking, sizes of terasses, equipments, views...the list goes on..sound system everywhere, quality of the bed and equipments in bathroom... Attention from the host is simply one of the best ever encountered, thanks a lot for all those attention to us for this special evening that was ours. I have no words...he was smiling, helping, explaining, very friendly, all was extremely clean, we received messages when the house was ready. If I could give 11/10 i would give it. We will definitely come back ! One of the best moments of my life ❤️
