Le fait que la salle de bain et la toilette étaient séparé du lit par une vitre.

Hotel was not clean and there was very foul smell in the hotel. Hotel did not meet the expectations at all

Totale Überraschung, saubere DZ, Matratzen und Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr gut.Frühstücksbuffet absolut erstklassig, Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis incl. Parkplatz das beste in Karlsruhe, dort kennen wir 6 Hotels und dies hier in Relation absolut das „Beste“
Nur Fernbedienung TV (Batterie)defekt, aber am TV selbst klappte das „umschalten“

the property is easy to access, the rooms are clean and well organized
breakfast is in too crowded and by that chaotic place at peek hour during the holidays, but the quality of the food is okay

Family friendly property, very warm and clean. Had a very pleasant stay. Well positioned to the centre and to the motorway. Breakfast was very diverse and fresh. Will definitely be back!

Friendly service, excellent breakfast, convenient location.
No ventilation in rooms (only a couple of stand up fans) making it quite warm in August. Carpets need to be cleaned.

Fantastic breakfast, helpful staff.
Room too small. Bed in front of floor to ceiling window. Not possible to have window open without being exposed while staying in bed. (Very hot night). No aircon.

They were spotless according to their stars. I mean we are probably spoiled and expect room air-conditioning everywhere.

The room was quiet big and clean.
The TV in our room was not working during our stay and there is no in-built Air-conditioning system to cool the room, except a small ventilator which was not enough for the room.

No air conditioning and beds just pushed together. Hard to work out the parking i.e. first in at back would have to wait on anyone else arriving to leave ,,??

Excellent breakfast buffet inclusive various fresh slices of fruit, very good coffee, smoked salmon, eggs, bacon, you name it.

No airco in the room made the room extremely hot. Both bed and sofa bed were way too soft your back is curving. Reception and breakfast service was not friendly

Excellent breakfast for a low budget hotel in the center of Munich. No frills and the rooms are old and in need of renovations but everything is functional. However, they make up for that with a wonderful lobby where I was able to have my online meetings for work and the best breakfast I have had in my travels over the last month through France and Southern Germany. The staff is very accommodating and ready to cater to your needs. The location is a few minutes from the main attractions by walking and it the train station is just across the street A youth hostel backs up to this property but they settle down by 11PM. Ask for a room on the street side if that would bother you. I hope to stay here again next time I am in town.
They could be better about checking the room for minor repairs before arrivals. My room had an air vent cover that was broke and kept falling out of the bathroom door. I was afraid they would try to charge me for it. I alerted them and they were aware already. I took the vent out of the bathroom door as it was annoying to constantly replace it and my kids kept kicking it after it fell out.
