Great service on mostly everything we didn’t use any of the available options to do or use but over all it was great .
The tv and the fact that the Agua water was not free.

This was my fourth time and I absolutely love it there often I arrived early and you can pay half the amount as long as you check in after 7 AM the beds were so comfortable the view you were touching the famous angel in Mexico City and the parade was absolutely amazing watching it outside my room and then inside my room the food is great and those people are amazing very safe its pricy worth every penny. Mirachis in the evening just another bonus and it was free cover its my go to spot!
Breakfast variety could be a bit better was a solid 7 out of 10

THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD AS WAS THE GYM AND SPA ETC
There is no swimming pool- what they have is more like a big childrens paddle pool- It is not a swimming pool where you can swim lenghs- this should be made clear. It was dirty, unused and full of dead ants\ flies. This was SO disappointing
The staff in the main bar were quite aggressive if they thought you were getting up without paying - they would literally chase you for payment.
The hotel rooms were clearly in need of modernisation
