Sevizi non adeguati alla cat. 5Stelle in particolare spiaggia di difficile accesso sopratutto per persone con limitata mobilità e docce e servizi non presenti: è necessario ritornare all' interno della struttura percorrendo il percorso disagevole e lungo!!! Al bar della piscina un unico dipendente, che assentatosi per bisogni fisiologici, ha lasciato la postazione scoperta per diversi minuti con stupore dei clienti che volevano ordinare delle consumazioni!

Interesting setting as a relaxing set of small houses scattered around the hills. Another good thing is that three hotels are connected and one can use facilities such as pool and gym from all of them. I liked our small house with a private garden. The hotel pool is amazing: quiet, very warm water, nice view of the nature and not crowded. Dinners were delicious - probably the best Italian food I’ve tried. There are lovely flamingos living nearby.

First of all: we booked a room with a lagoon view and there wasn’t any lagoon view, just a garden view. This is a biggest disappointment! I told the reception about this and they said the room is qualified as a lagoon view but will let me know if a better room becomes available. They never came back to me. I would say this is almost a scam as lagoon view comes with additional payment. Breakfast food was not bad but is quite basic and could be more varied. It is quite burdensome to move around the hotel and get to the sea as the territory is large and is based on the hills, so the hotel offers transfers by small cars to various areas. It is convenient and not at the same time as you need a lot of time to get where you need. There is no village nearby and the area is quite isolated. The rooms are quite old and although clean, they look worn.

It was quite remote with few options for eating unless you had your own transport or paid huge prices for taxi transfers. Rooms were a little worn and dated.
