Lovely hotel 10 minute walk from the marina, on a quiet street. Comfortable beds & pillows, spotlessly clean & the smell all over the hotel was beautiful 🤩 the staff were all so friendly & helpful & a real credit to this hotel

Nice city hotel with comfortable beds and air-conditioning in the rooms. Relaxing pool and good breakfast buffet. Easy-walking distance to the city and the harbour.
The pool is only open from 10:00-19:00.

The hotel has everything that you might require for an accommodation where you're going to spend the majority of your time out of the hotel. Nothing is missing, but nothing is wow.
While I liked the hotel as a facility, however the team, I believe, requires no less than 3 to 6 months of dedicated training on how to smile, and eventually how to deal with customers; also (while some of the staff can speak English ) the others that can not have to appreciate people who cannot speak Spanish, as they kept engaging with me in conversation in Spanish, as if I had to understand them.
Frankly the team friendliness should be revisited by the management.
