Nice location friendly family area to wander around

It was all ok

Its location so close to the train station and airport were super convenient. There was an airport shuttle which was great. Nice rooftop bar. Fitness facility pretty decent. Staff very friendly.

Would have like to have breakfast included which is what we usually choose but needed Location. Rooms were clean. Only issue was very little floor space to access luggage once opened, tripping over it

Staff were excellent, clean, good roof top bar, accommodating to needs…. Recommend thoroughly Airport transfer fantastic

The breakfast was awesome and the airport shuttle was great.

The temperature in the room was extremely warm. When we went to the lobby to mention that we did not think the thermostat was working correctly but were told because we are on the 5th floor it tends to be warmer up there. Their suggestions were we could move rooms or take a small fan. We opted for the small fan which did not work. We did stay in the room only because we were tired and had lots of luggage to move. The lobby person she did not even offer to have a mechanic come look at the room. To us this was a big problem and felt like our concerns were dismissed.
