The hotel was lovely, very good selection of food we went for the all inclusive and we were not disappointed.
Pool area was lovely with lots of sunloungers and there was also a grassy area in front of the beach with lots of loungers.
Lovely walk along the beach lead you into the heart of Nerja, or you could get the local shuttle bus right outside the hotel on the main road, timetable for this bus is on one of the tress outside and it's really cheap. Taxis cost roughly 6-8 euro a trip.
Nerja is truly worth a visit.
Sometimes waiting time on taxi could be prolonged, dues to taxi zones so try prebook if you can.
Not all drinks included in the all inclusive (local drinks) but there was still a lot to choose from.
The hotel should provide more information on local things to do and how to go about it, but there is information in the lobby from the tour reps.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety
Lunch was good, salads were nice
Dinner was good, loved the ‘à la plancha’ especially the fish fillets
Food was generally very tasty!
Breakfast: no jam just a runny culee which is not jam. The scrambled eggs were very powdery. The juice was very watery.
Lunch could go on for a little longer, till 3pm
Deserts were very repetitive, especially the mousse cakes which were all the same and quite tasteless, the nicer desserts ran out quickly and weren’t always replaced.
The areas around the pool are very slippery and need URGENT attention - I slipped and took a fall and saw others as well
More pool umbrellas needed, struggled to find shade sometimes

If you want a quiet end to your day sitting on the balcony forget it if you get a pool view Room opposite the stage, from 8 _11pm every night,it is loud even if you close the doors and window in your room, how families with kids manage i don't know,,seem to lean towards the Spanish tourists which is fair enough it's their country,I did question the volume but basically told it's holiday season get over it,it would have been nice to have been given a choice of or pre warned about the noise levels, I'm not a killjoy by the way but if I wanted entertainment like they supply I would have gone to benidorm, for the price i expected better,
