Hotel Alameda Palace

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was well positioned for the main plaza and tourist attractions. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient.

The car park was a nightmare but there is nothing the hotel can do to improve it as the parking spaces are very small and not made for large modern cars. Perhaps the hotel can put a warning about it on their website.

A very good hotel if you are spending a couple of nights to see the city. At the border of the old quarter. This hotel must have seen better days. Very classic style decoration and generally needs some update.

A lovely traditionally Spanish Hotel Excellent restaurant, lovely breakfast and very helpful staff.

Location and staff.

It is not a 5 stars but I guess expected for the price. Just thought it would have been more than a 3 stars one. It is an old hotel with noise coming from the WC every time you flush, the heater etc..A 5 starts (or even 4) do not serve you mayonnaise or ketchup in little plastic bags with your meals like in a Mc Donald, the pillows should be better etc...but the staff is nice so is the location and the place itself, in a art deco style has a certain old "caché" Must have been a nice hotel 50-70 years ago. You get what you pay for and I guess it is decent for what they charge but don t expect too much.
