Very kind, classy and competent employees - very pleased.

The hotel staff were welcoming, plenty of easy parking and reception warm and welcoming. The room was well equipped with iron, hairdryer and everything down to water, biscuits and a shoe shine. Bed comfortable with huge pillows. The views are amazing, the walks locally were stunning and perfect if you want a short or longer walk.
We didn’t book breakfast in our room price as was unsure of timings we has for other plans, but to order breakfast would have been £32 each.

Beautiful. Amazing staff - went above and beyond to support us.
Food was excellent but room service for adults was limited (kids menu room service was incredible).

Cleanliness excellent and comfort excellent. Location amazing. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bar drinks and snacks far too expensive for the same you can get elsewhere. 12.5% service charge over the top.
Very weird to have to order starter, main and pudding as soon as seated. As generally dont know if you will want a pudding until after the main course.
