They gave me a different accommodation than what I reserved, different view and it is far away from the center.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, perfect for skiing on the glacier. Hawé and Melanie were lovely and so helpful. Looking forward to returning, loved the apartment and the area for great skiing

The apartment was so clean and nice. It had a large living room with a beautiful balcony view, the house keeping staff did a great job cleaning the apartment and they were friendly! The staff are so kind and friendly especially Melanie and her husband.
There was some people who were disturbing us. We thought that there was a washing machine in the apartment but apparently not, it was in the basement and we had to pay to wash our clothes.

Having the croissants, ham and cheese delivered was good but there was too much for 3 of us...!
The apartment was lovely, very spacious, clean and easy to keep.
I would have liked somewhere to dry clothes in the apartment

I called and met at the office with someone, who also came with us to the apartment and showed and explained everything.
