The staff at the place were incredible, nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile - even when I needed painkillers early in the morning they found some. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the p3 entrance to the national park and plenty of beautiful walks around. The food at the restaurant is excellent, highly recommend the mixed meat platter and the strudel!
That we had to leave :(

Incredible location, particularly for the third Plitvice entrance. Restaurant was great staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
The only thing was that wasn’t great is Google maps took us to the wrong address based on the link from Booking.com. When I looked at the address link that the hotel had sent me directly it was correct.

Very bad breakfast. Expensive.

Perfect location for visiting Plitvichki lakes. The place is situated on a short walking distance to exit Flora. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is cosy, very nice furnished and clean. Our house has a common terrace with outdoor furniture where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the greenery around. Large parking space. The restorant inside is a bit tiny but we had a dinner outside where is very pleasant. Our dog also likes this place.
It's not a big issue but in the bathroom miss the necessary equipment to put a spoon, shampoo and as as well my cosmetics.
