private beach , friendly staff, beautiful , they gifted us a whole bottle of cava for the honeymoon and had the room decorated

we did not have the BF included and if we wanted to have it, it would have been 27 USD pp which was way too much for what it's worth. Speaking of, eveyrhting at the hotel was way too expensive, speaking of cocktails, food, the gift shop. The room could have been bigger.

Great and very friendly service, the breakfast, the beachfront and the gym.

The room was large and spacious, and the beach area was really nice — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Breakfast was also good with a nice selection, although it could get quite crowded. The location was convenient if you have a car and plan to drive around Curaçao.

There was a general lack of attention to detail. There was no complimentary water, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were almost empty when we arrived, and we were only provided with one bar of soap during our entire stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The room was not cleaned every day, and on several occasions we had to call and specifically ask for cleaning. We were staying at the hotel for our honeymoon, which they were aware of, but there was no special gesture or even acknowledgment of the occasion. While we did not expect anything elaborate, a small touch would have been appreciated. The hotel was also quite noisy at night due to events and parties, and the windows did not provide good sound insulation. The staff could have been more helpful and proactive. Service was generally slow, and at times there seemed to be little willingness to assist. Finally, while the location is fine if you are driving, the immediate area around the hotel is not particularly nice or pleasant for walking. A car is definitely recommended.
