Location
Seemed like a conference hotel and the pillows were hard. The mattress felt Ike it had some protection on it which made it feel less than luxury: we don’t hav3 young kids!

Catering not at 5 star level, no restaurant in the evening, though bar meals available

No basic stuff like ironing bord and iron in the rooms. If asked they told us to give to laundry on chargeable basis. And also guest were not even allowed to the room even for 10 mins during the day time for the discussion of the business. And the attitude of the staff were not cordial.
