Lovely, vibrant resort with a great atmosphere. The entertainment was enjoyable, well organised and thoughtfully planned, with something to suit different guests. The resort offered beautiful views, and the food service was well managed and organised. Some members of staff had a particularly warm and welcoming manner, which made a positive impression. We also loved the all-inclusive concept and the resort’s efforts to create an island-resort experience through themed entertainment and lively evening club-style vibes. The karaoke night was especially enjoyable.

Firstly, I honestly don’t feel that we received value for money. The rate we were charged through Booking.com was considerably higher than what we would have paid by booking directly with the resort. At roughly half of what we paid, I would have felt that the experience represented reasonable value. The food was good, and the staff were generally friendly, although some were quite abrupt and not particularly helpful. Given the price we paid, I expected a more polished and attentive level of service. There were also limited facilities for us to enjoy during our stay, which again came down to the overall rate and the value we received for what we paid. We booked accommodation for two adults and two children, yet our rooms were located quite far apart. This should have been clearly disclosed before the booking was confirmed, particularly for a family. What was disappointing was the rather nonchalant response from staff when we raised our concerns. It gave the impression that complaints of this nature were commonplace and not taken particularly seriously. At this price point, I expected a more premium and thoughtful experience. The rooms themselves were clean, but the dining tables were not always cleaned properly or promptly. Overall, the resort has positive aspects, but the experience did not match the price we paid. More attentive service, better communication and a stronger focus on the guest experience would go a long way toward making the stay feel worthy of the rate charged.

We booked the place very early but when we got there, we didn’t get rooms with best views, it was a very disappointing experience
