The location of hotel was nice if you want to discover city with a bicycle or by foot. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.
When we entered the room, we noticed that we had been given separate beds, which we had to push together. There were remnants of chips under the bed. Above the fridge where the kettle was, there was dust. The ventilation was causing an uncomfortable noise. However, since we only slept there, it didn't bother us much.

Blisko areny koncertowej.

Breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean. The price is correct for the place and quality of the hotel.
The hotel has its own parking outside which is free of charge, but there were no any free spaces so I had to use the underground garage which is not free. I do not complain about it or the price, but it is kind of discrimination.

Easy parking, not to croudy, close to the city transport (other side of the road), nice vreakfast, VERY FRIENDLY stuff.
Bathroom was slowly prepared for referbishing.. but it was still ok.

Location and Surroundings.
The blinds on the windows of the room were bad, because it was the room facing the road, the sound was too loud, the windows passed the sound. Internet was not very good.

Bad Internet connection. Not very clean, it was dusty. Non-working kettle, which was declared in the services. Not enough detergent. The price is too high for the services provided, it does not look like the hotel has 4 stars that are declared

The staff was excellent, meals delicious and many choices, hotel room large.
Meal time restricted to after 6.30PM.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I checked in late at night, after a long day of travel, so being greeted in such a friendly manner was very appreciated.
Amenities like a dental kit or slippers are available upon request. For the price of the stay, I would have expected this to be provided without having to request it.

Good location, when you plan to go to a concert in Laszlo Papp Arena. Free parking outside, paid in underground garage. Good solution for one night.
Dirty carpet and curtains in the room, uncomfortable beds, missing shampoo in bathroom, huge noise from the outside's street - problem to sleep. Very limited choice for dinner - fast food for high prices. Stay for one night is OK. In general too expensive for provided quality.

Quiet, close to center
The manager should check the cleaning staff ,because it wasn't ok..and also the shower accesories must be update. The shower was clogged and wasn't working properly.

The night shift receptionist was unbelievably terrible, dull, rude, sleepy and in general, totally repulsing and opposite to what she should be...
...the "shadow" guy with the blaze mood and the moustache, sitting at the reception lounge together with her, could be missing, or at least, be not visible to guests....
