The housekeeping staff and front desk staff are quite friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is very bad, with limited choices, not fresh, cold, unattended by the staff which is disrespectful to the guests, no actual juices, and just serving the mixed powder (for children). I talked to the manager during my stay and he promised to improve it but there was almost no change.

The hotel is very hard to reach, because the surrounding is under construction. Everywhere is very noisy and dirty as well as in the hotel. The air conditioning was not working and in the room was more than 30 degree. The staff try to change the room but everywhere the temperature was the same - unbearable. The building seems neglected. For sure i can not recommend the hotel.

Hotel was in deep center of Novi Sad. Room we stayed in was big and comfortable. The reception was very kind and the breakfest was delicious.

We had the bad luck to stay exactly when massive construction happened in front of our room, with giant sledge hammer and buldozer working from 8 to 6. Looks like they will be probably working for a while...
